Our 148,000.00 square foot, temperature controlled machining facilities have 3,4,& 5 axis CNC horizontal boring mills: X axis to 480″, Y axis to 169″, and Z axis to 78″, with 4th axis rotary. And CNC turning up to 384″ diameter by 156″ high, all under cranes up to 50 Ton.

This equipment, along with our highly skilled machinist, engineers, tool makers and CNC programmers, allow Allied to manufacture large and complex close tolerance tooling such as Master Gauges, Mill fixtures, Assembly Fixtures, Bond Fixtures etc. And inspect them with on machine probing or CMM(X 200″, Y 100″, Z 72″).
