Our Fab team specializes in everything from large access work stands, to complex payload transport containers, to invar/egg-crate lay-up’s. Allied boasts a large weld-fabrication department utilizing modern welding and material handling equipment including an automated sub & heli-arc welding machine with positioners holding up to 40,000 lbs. All welders are experts in the field of structural, vacuum and pressure vessel welding specifications, including but not limited to ASME IX, AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D17.1. To assist with your proprietary weld procedures, Allied’s on site welding and fabrication manager is a Certified Weld Inspector(CWI). This department is also working towards achieving NADCAP Nuclear Welding Certification.
